Movex Problems - Part 3

The driver parked his big rig at the end of our street and walked up to see if he would be able to maneuver it in our cul-de-sac. I figured he would back the rig up our street and do it that way. Instead, he decided to drive up and circle around the cul-de-sac... he said he might hit a curb or come slightly over in some grass, which wouldn't have been a big deal.

He disappeared for about 30 minutes and I was wondering where he was. (He later told me he tried to back the truck up our street three times, but was unsuccessful). The loaders took that time to separate many of our belongings into two sections --
"Apartment" and "Storage".

The truck finally showed up and drove around the cul-de-sac and proceeded to destroy our yard, along with several of our neighbors' yards! He was over 6 feet into some yards! He broke a couple of water main boxes, broke sprinkler heads, crunched our realtor's yard sign, and almost took out the community mail box. It was a disaster and quite embarrassing. Our neighbors were very gracious about it all, and the driver promised to pay to have everything fixed.

Finally, the truck was in place and ready to be loaded.
